Need a better search

Not sure if you're referring to MyVoice or MyGofer, but I believe both sites are currently working on improving search functionality.

I searched your site for turbotax (also used turbo tax) and got everything but turbotax software. I got speakers, cameras, and even towels none of which have anything to do with tax software. It makes it very frustrating to use your site. I have had similar problems in the past and usually have some issues. It is not a "user" problem since I used to design websites with much better search functionality.

Get it now vs. get it later?

Great question! It's pretty simple and there are actually 3 ways to get stuff - Now, Today, and Later.

Now - means that the item is in-stock, it's in the store, and you can have it within minutes.

Today - means that it's not in the store but mygofer can get it for you and have it ready within a few hours. (Buy by 9am, pickup after noon; buy by 1pm, pick up after 4pm; buy by 4pm, pick up after 7pm; buy by 7pm, pick up after 7am)

Later - means that mygofer can get it for you within a few days.

Get it now vs. get it later?

Sometimes the site shows that I can get something now or that I can get it later. What is the difference?
